W.I.S.D. would like to start an Alumni Association for WHS graduates.  If anyone is interested in helping with this project, please contact Dottie Busby at the Admin. office or dbusby@wimberley.txed.net.  The first goal is to set up an Alumni Association and begin getting information out to graduates.

Lorring Meeks (1995) Graduated SHSU in 1999, after working in the business field, She still helps her parents run Rio Bonito Resort during the summer.
Jason Compton (1997) Graduated Angelo State 2001 with a BS in Biology.  He will graduate Des Moines University College of Medicine with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in May 2005 & be commissioned a Capt. in the US Air Force.  Jason & wife will serve 1-year internship in Corpus Christi.
Matt Meeks (1998) Graduated TSU 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Commercial Art/Art Graphics.  Though he is currently seeking employment in Houston, Matt is playing semi-pro football with Houston Raptors with another 1998 graduate Matt Garza.  Matt sets up web-pages and you can ck out his work on www.resortriobonito.com He still helps his parents run Rio Bonito Resort during summers.
Jeremy Oakford (1998 )is in California pursuing acting. He has been in several commercials and some bit parts in different evening shows. He has done a few MTV movies. "Changing Lanes " with Ben Afflack, " Ghost Snipper", "Break up Artist " with Regis Philman,  He has been on David Letterman ( just sat on stage with the band) for winning an American Teen contest in New York.
Brazos Price (1999) graduated from UT with two degrees! BS in Biology and a BA in Psychology! GPA's of 3.95 and 3.88. He received his Masters in Information Studies & works for the Windsor Park Library in Austin.
 Lacy Atkinson (2000) @ Tarrelton State(1999 State Champs) was 2nd team All Conference for Lone Star Conference -Volleyball
Monica Burns (2000) was inducted into two different honor societies Gamma Beta Phi and Alpha Chi at Mary Hardin-Baylor, has just made the President's Honor Roll for the fourth time, is currently student teaching and will graduate in May of this year.

Abbey (Weldon) Larremore (2000) Graduated TSU cum laude with Elementary Edu. degree - Working at Scudder!
Kendra Burns (2001) is currently attending UMHB seeking a elem. ed teaching degree. She also made the President's Honor roll this past semester and plans to graduate in May of 2005.
Kristen Kirby (2001) (2001 State Champs) @ Blinn College finished 6th in nation at NJCAA Nationals...record of 34-2...Volleyball
Jessica Hernandez (2002) Living in LA and is Jamie Kennedy's assistant.  Working on films and television production and owns a booking agency
Michael Meeks (2002) Michael transferred to Texas State Univ.  and made the football team as devensive back position.  Michael helps his parents run Rio Bonito Resort in the summers.
Collen Westfall (2002) and Abi Myers (2002) (2001, 2002) State Champs) playing for Midwestern State - Volleyball 
Bethany Anderson (2003)  After completing a semester of biblical studies, Bethany will be leaving on the 17th of Jan. for a mission trip in Spain.  Bethany's team is from the US, Canada, Egypt and Columbia and she  is really enjoying this experience.
 Candice Boyett (2003) attending West Texas A&M Univeristy in Amarillo.  She works at an International adoption agency, Little Miracles Int'l, as the Humanitarian Coordinator, Post Placement Coordinator, and Secretarial Support Staff
 Alequah Price (2003) works for Sea of Beads in Austin & displays her art work in coffee shops around town.
Jesi Grisham (2004) full scholarship to Texas State...-Volleyball. Jesi is Texas Player of the Year and 1st ever All - American for Wimberley
