Please congratulate all band students today for their outstanding performance yesterday at Region 18 / 26 UIL Concert & Sight-reading Contest. They received a First Division on Stage and in the Sight-reading Room. The band was awarded the UIL Sweepstakes Award for having First Divisions in Marching and Concert this year. This is the first time in the history of the Wimberley Band to win the UIL Sweepstakes Award two years in a row. Thank you for your support of the band students at Wimberley.
