Meetings

     The regular business meetings of the Board of Trustees are open to the public and are usually scheduled for 7 p.m. every THIRD Monday of the month in the Library of the Wimberley High School, 100 Carney Lane, Wimberley.  Occasionally, a regular meeting date is changed, or a special meeting is called; but in all cases notice is given.  In crisis situations where immediate action is required, Texas law allows the Board to call an emergency meeting.
     In accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Law, the Board has the privilege of meeting privately in a closed meeting to discuss matters related to personnel, student discipline, security, land acquisition or to consult with legal counsel.  However, no action may be taken in closed session.
