Eighth Grade Parent Night at High School
Eighth grade students and their parents/guardians are invited to attend the Eighth Grade Parent Night at Wimberley High School on Monday, February 27, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will begin in the high school cafeteria with an introduction of teachers and office staff. There will be a short presentation of general high school information including discussion of course offerings, grade point average, class rank, and graduation programs. Parents and students are encouraged to visit with teachers, coaches, and directors at the presentation to attain more information about specific courses and programs, such as agriculture, art, athletics, band, building trades, business education, journalism, Spanish, technology, and theater. Representatives of organizations and clubs will be available to give information as well. We hope you can join members of the faculty and staff at Wimberley High School for this most informative and important meeting for eighth grade students and their parents. |
